Derby Apparel sells exclusively to qualified wholesale customers. By registering, you confirm that:

• You have a valid resale license, seller’s permit, or business registration.

• Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pakistan. 

• Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. 

• You are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, customs, and import duties where applicable. 

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment. 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wholesale orders, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect merchandise. To request a return: 

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

• Provide order details and photos of the issue. 

• Approved returns must be unused and in original condition. 

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or unsold inventory.
