1. Order Processing & Production

• Once you place an order, your items go into our production queue in Pakistan. 

• Production time typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days, depending on style, wash, customization (patches, distressing, etc.). 

• Once production is complete, we perform quality checks, packaging, and customs documentation. 

2. International Shipping (Pakistan → USA)

• We ship all jeans, jackets, or other denim goods directly from our factory in Pakistan to your specified U.S. address. 

• We use reliable international carriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, or air freight with local last-mile delivery partner). 

• You will receive a tracking number once the package leaves Pakistan. 

• Estimated transit time (after dispatch) to U.S. destinations: 7 to 12 business days, depending on the region and customs clearance. 

3. Customs, Duties & Tariffs

Because your orders are shipped internationally into the U.S., they may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and customs processing. Below is a summary of what applies as of 2025: 

🇺🇸 U.S. Import Tariff on Pakistani Textiles / Apparel 

• In April 2025, the U.S. imposed a 29% reciprocal tariff on Pakistani exports, including textile and apparel goods, in addition to the existing (MFN) duty. (issi.org.pk) 

• In some more recent developments, that rate has been revised downward to 19% after trade negotiations. (The News International) 

• Thus, “textile and apparel” merchandise imported from Pakistan can incur an additional tariff burden (MFN + reciprocal) that may total roughly 19% to 29% (depending on current policy and product classification). (pcma.org.pk) 

• These tariffs are assessed by U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) when the goods enter U.S. ports. 

🧾 How Duties are Handled 

• The importer of record (i.e. the party legally responsible for the goods entering the U.S.) is required to pay all applicable duties, tariff charges and customs fees before the goods are released. (Wikipedia) 

• At checkout (or during order confirmation), we may offer you the option to pre-pay duties & taxes (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP) so that your order arrives smoothly without surprise charges. 

• If duties are not prepaid, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying tariff / customs charges when your shipment arrives in the U.S. — your parcel may be held by customs until payment is made. 

4. Delivery within the U.S. & Final Mile

• Once the goods clear U.S. customs, your package is handed off to a domestic courier (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx) for final delivery. 

• Typical domestic transit time after customs: 2 to 5 business days, depending on your state and local postal service. 

• You will get notifications/tracking updates at each major stage (departure from Pakistan → arrival at U.S. port → customs clearance → out for delivery). 

5. Duties & Charges Disclaimer

• Please note, tariff rates and trade policies may change, especially for textile and apparel imports. We strive to keep this page up to date, but always check for the latest information. 

• We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs inspections, regulatory changes, or changes in import laws beyond our control. 

• If a shipment is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties / taxes, return shipping or processing fees may apply and will be deducted from any refund. 

6. Tips for a Smooth Delivery 

• Select Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout if available — it gives you peace of mind. 

• Provide full, correct shipping address including ZIP code, state, and contact number to avoid customs/delivery issues. 

• Be prepared that customs may ask for additional documentation (proof of value, invoices, etc.). We will supply you all standard export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.). 

• For bulk / wholesale orders, it’s often wise to use a customs broker to facilitate clearance and manage tariff classification.
